The real estate construction practice at Stibbe is a leading construction team in the Netherlands, with expertise across a wide range of projects including PPP/PFI, infrastructure, industrial heavy plant, housing and office building developments. The team has been active in high-stakes construction litigation which are handled by practice head David Orobio de Castro, who is an expert in infrastructure and construction projects. Co-lead Ingmar de Groot excels in both contentious and non-contentious construction issues, while co-head Boris Cammelbeeck focuses on real estate aspects of projects. Iris Hendriksen is well-versed in back-to-back contracting and DBFMO infrastructure projects.
