Six Advocaten is a national boutique firm focusing on construction, procurement and real estate issues for domestic clients. The team advises on several different construction projects including the development of logistics centres, multifunctional buildings and housing accommodation. Development and redevelopment matters are the heart of the practice which assists with all aspects of public procurement. Leading on these issues is co-head Erik Verweij who specialises in private construction law and public procurement. Team lead Fabian Horsting is well versed in procurement and construction litigation and often assists multinational and corporate clients, while co-lead and founding partner Wouter Post has specialised expertise in multi-function inner city real estate projects.

Advised De Lelie Vastgoed on multiple claims of the constructor of the Galaxy building project in Utrecht, Jaarbeursplein.
Advised Ballast Nedam Development on the redevelopment of the Market Quarter in Amsterdam into a new integrated Food Market at the North side of the area, relocating over 50 market entrepreneurs.
Assisted Talis, Portaal, Woonwaarts and SSH& with a joint project for the construction of almost 500 temporary homes divided over nine separate buildings.
