The team has assisted clients with data regulatory projects involving new issues such as use of non-personal data. Alexander Odle leads the team and has expertise across IP, data and technology matters. Associate Rosemarie Schaar often advises on IT-related agreements. Previous practice head Marc Elshof left the firm in October 2023.
