Loyens & Loeff

Loyens & Loeff’s arbitration team is based out of Amsterdam and Rotterdam and led by arbitration specialist Tom Claassens, who regularly assists in arbitration and in proceedings before the Dutch state courts and courts of the former Netherlands Antilles. Corporate and post-M&A disputes are a key pillar of the practice led by Bastiaan Kemp, including shareholder disputes. The team covers a mix of commercial, investor-state, construction and corporate disputes that are often multi-jurisdictional in nature. Arbitration-related court proceedings such as setting aside and enforcement proceedings are also handled by the team. Melle Boevink is noted for his knowledge in international and domestic arbitration.
