Loyens & Loeff's litigation and risk management practice has a sizeable team handling complex litigation, including class actions. Bastiaan Kemp leads the practice and is known for his expertise in corporate governance cases and multi-jurisdictional litigation. He is well versed in advising corporate clients, private equity funds and investment firms. He works closely together with Marit Bosselaar, who focuses her practice on class actions and commercial litigation, often advising on ESG-related issues and collective settlements. The wider litigation group is co-led by disputes expert Sidney Berendsen and also has a pro bono programme assisting with ESG and class action litigation.
