Stibbe's Amsterdam-based class actions team is a leading force in the Netherlands, standing out for its specialism in collective redress and cross-border mass claims. The team acts for major international and multinational corporations across a wide range of industries. The team has handled a number of ESG-related class actions involving greenwashing claims, automotive industry issues and mass damage claims related to natural disasters. Antitrust litigation is another stand out area for the firm, alongside shareholder claims and public interest class actions. The team is jointly led by litigation experts Jeroen Kortmann, Matthijs Kuijpers and Branda Katan.
