DVDW Advocaten

DVDW Advocaten has a number of teams within its litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution department to cover commercial, corporate, arbitration, cassation and Supreme Court cases. The team serves a number of clients, including pension funds, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, and state-owned entities. The team is led by Marjon Lok, who handles corporate and insolvency litigation from The Hague, and Marlies Siegers and Evert Jan Heijnen, who are both based in Amsterdam and focus on international litigation and commercial litigation, respectively.
