The employment team at Osborne Clarke is very experienced in advising on non-contentious employment matters, often including cross-border elements. The group acts for Dutch and multinational entities in work involving the employment aspects of restructurings and M&A transactions, implementing employment policy designs and a wide spectrum of labour law issues.
