The employment and pensions practice at CMS focuses on assisting international clients from the life sciences, hospitality, consumer goods and energy sectors with transactional employment matters. The group's recent workload includes advising on restructurings and reorganisations, as well as handling whistleblowing investigations. Practice head Katja van Kranenburg-Hanspians has extensive experience in advising on whistleblower matters, as well as assisting with compliance and co-determination issues. Michiel van Dijk left the firm in June 2024.
