At Clifford Chance, the employment and pensions practice continues to handle a broad range of advisory and contentious matters, including the employment aspects of cross-border M&A deals. Floris van de Bult spearheads the practice, and has established expertise in advising on the employment aspects of reorganisations, acquisitions, and restructurings, as well as remuneration policies and management contracts. Pension issues are handled by Wijnanda Rutten, who acts as counsel to employers, pension administrators and pension providers on a wide spectrum of matters. Astrid van Ommeren's workload includes boardroom matters, remuneration policies and reorganisations.
