Loyens & Loeff’s energy and infrastructure team has a solid track record in advising energy companies and investors on high-value energy and infrastructure transactions, as well as energy regulatory issues. Roland de Vlam leads the regulatory group, and regularly acts for distribution service operators in regulatory disputes.  Jan-Willem van Rooij heads the transactional group, and brings extensive experience in advising energy companies on M&A, investments, and project development mandates, often involving green and conventional fuels and electricity infrastructure work. Victor van Nuland is equally adept at handling transactional matters, with particular focus on assisting renewable power and energy services companies with M&A transactions.
