The practice at bureau Brandeis is well-equipped to advise its clients on issues of digital copyright, often in cross-border contexts. It is also experienced handling IP litigation before various courts. Christiaan Alberdingk Thijm leads the practice and has particular expertise acting for the range of clients in such litigious matters as those regarding copyright and trade mark infringement and enforcement as well as intermediary liability matters, often in cross-jurisdictional contexts. Former co-head of the offering Hans Bousie departed the team in May 2024, and in the same month Syb Terpstra also left the team.
