The PPP and project finance practice at Pels Rijcken is heavily involved in a host of PPP/PFI projects throughout the Netherlands, acting on behalf of the State of the Netherlands. Other key matters the team handles including infrastructure energy and accommodation projects for the State as well as new contract forms for financing projects. The team also advises other public authorities as well as some corporate clients. Based in The Hague, practice head Mark Birnage excels in handling procurement and contracting of PPP projects. Recently promoted partner Jeanile Weyne is well versed in assisting with PPP projects and public procurement matters.
