Norton Rose Fulbright‘s project finance team is led by banking expert Wouter Hertzberger who centres his practice on project financing for energy and infrastructure sectors, acting for both lenders and sponsors in energy projects involving renewables, oil, gas and other key asset classes. The team regularly assists clients with transactions involving green and sustainability issues and has recently hired energy specialist Marjolein Dieperink , who was previously at AKD, to support the team in energy-related issues. Daphne Broerse is also a key name to note with regards to environmental and construction project financings, assisting with major land reclamation projects, river protection projects and PPPs.
