AKD has a large real estate team that is comprised of lawyers, civil law notaries and tax advisers who assist clients with real estate projects, amongst others. Prominent members of the team include Taco de Lange who is a strong notary that often advises international investors, Julian Versmissen who leads on international turnkey development projects and property transformation projects and Frenk Huisman who handles commercial property transactions. Marc Wintgens is noted for his expertise across construction and real estate contracting. Michiel de Wit joined the team from Lexence in March 2025.
