Van Doorne

Van Doorne has been continuously growing its real estate team and recently promoted commercial and residential transaction specialist Jordie Bakker at the start of 2024 to partner. The team has been active in a number of sectors including advising investors on logistics issues such as turnkey building contracting and transaction structuring. The team has also advised investors on residential, retail and office mandates. For distressed real estate issues the team is well equipped to handle insolvency procedures and refinancing of distressed real estate assets. Mark Moolhuizen and Ariën van Heesen both co-lead the Amsterdam team and are well versed in property development and commercial real estate transactions, respectively.
