Six Advocaten

Amsterdam-based Six Advocaten handles both transactional and litigation real estate matters for international and domestic clients. The team often advises international law firms with sizeable transactions such as real estate financing for projects, offering expertise on specific regulatory issues such as nitrogen emissions and landlord and tenancy law. The team is well-equipped to assist with sales, acquisitions and leasing of a number of real estate assets including housing, care homes and hotels. The team is jointly led by real estate specialists Femke Borst, Jeroen Kist, Wouter Post, Fabian Horsting and Erik Verweij.

Highlight-Mandate

Advised CBRE Investment Management on all matters, as its external counsel, relating to its tenants as well as any regulatory issues that come up in relation to the CBRE funds, primarily its housing portfolio.

Assisted TPG with legal due diligence of its logistics portfolio of the publicly traded Intervest Offices and Warehouses in relation to lease and public law related matters.

Advised Paribus on the long year extension of the lease with Eneco for its head quarters ‘Eneco World’ at Marten Meesweg in Rotterdam, a building consisting of 27,287 m2, which was delivered in 2012.
