Six Advocaten

Amsterdam-based Six Advocaten handles both transactional and litigation real estate matters for international and domestic clients. The team often advises international law firms with sizeable transactions such as real estate financing for projects, offering expertise on specific regulatory issues such as nitrogen emissions and landlord and tenancy law. The team is well-equipped to assist with sales, acquisitions and leasing of a number of real estate assets including housing, care homes and hotels. The team is jointly led by real estate specialists Femke Borst, Jeroen Kist, Wouter Post, Fabian Horsting and Erik Verweij.
