Integrated with the firm’s corporate and notarial department, Buren’s tax practice focuses on cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, with the team’s capabilities ranging from advice on transactions structures to support with post-transaction integration. The team is led by Cees-Frans Greeven, who splits his time between Amsterdam and Luxembourg, and Peter van Dijk, an expert in corporate structures for foreign investors, in particular those from Germany, Japan, and the CEE region.
