Highlight-Mandate

  • Acting for Chapman Tripp in defending High Court class action proceedings in relation to the initial public offering of shares and subsequent collapse of the Intueri Education Group in 2017.
  • Defending C&F Legal, one of C&F Legal’s partners, and a previous staff member against a civil claim alleging deceit, negligence, misleading conduct and fraudulent representations.
  • Represented QBE Insurance (Australia) Ltd and its insurer in bringing a subrogated recovery action against two engineering firms and the owner of a building which has been deemed a total loss following the Kaikoura earthquake.
