Advising Africa Plus Partners on its concession and tolling of the Lagos-Abeokuta Federal Highway and the Benin-Asaba Federal Highway.
Advising Polaris Bank Limited on a maritime arbitration involving a claim in the millions of US dollars by a foreign vessel owner, flowing from liability under a bill of lading in which the bank was named as a consignee.
Advised and successfully represented Posh Semco in its disputes against PS Offshore Nig. Ltd. and Miden and Chasewood Limited on allegations of fraud in respect of a charterparty agreement and a contract awarded by Shell Petroleum Development Company Ltd.
