BBS Law handles disputes relating to the enforcement of restrictive covenants, shareholder agreements and contentious probate matters. The team is co-headed by David Bondt and Andrew Haffner; Bondt has experience in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court, while Haffner’s practice covers general commercial disputes and employment litigation relating to employment contracts and post-employment restrictions.
