The team at Addleshaw Goddard advises on high-profile projects and local schemes across a wide range of sectors across the UK and internationally. The department is co-led by Michael O’Connor, who is an expert in public-private transactions and advising public sector bodies, and Sara Gilmore who advises across regulated sectors on commercial and financial arrangements, and the transport and energy sectors. Andrew Pettinger assists with joint ventures, partnerships, regeneration and infrastructure projects, and service and supply arrangements, while Stephanie Townley covers a range of PFI and PPP deals as well as contentious matters. Philip Dupres leads the utilities practice and develops commercial and financial structures for utility infrastructure. Rachel Eggington is also noted.
