Increasingly active in acquisitions, Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS‘ corporate and M&A team is recognised for its sector knowledge which spans the technology, energy, aquaculture and food spaces. Bjørn Olav Torpp is instructed on a variety of cross-border and private equity transactions and co-heads the practice alongside Ellen Schult Ulriksen, who advises companies and creditors on financial restructuring and insolvency mandates. Bård Sandstad focuses on the offshore and energy sectors, while Preben Brecke takes point on private equity issues. Kjetil Hardeng advises clients on transactions and projects, and Kaare Oftedal joined the practice from DLA Piper in late 2024.
