The team is co-led by Grethe Gullhaug, Nicolai Nielsen and Samuel Skrunes; Gullhaug has expertise in infrastructure and building project disputes, Nielsen’s broad practice covers contract strategy, public procurement and dispute resolution, while Skrunes' workload also features handling dispute resolution, as well as contractual issues. Espen Nyland has expertise in contentious infrastructure projects, while Lars Ivar Nyland is a seasoned construction litigator.
