Selmer fields a full-service dispute resolution practice, with particular expertise in shipbuilding and offshore, technology and contractual disputes. Heading up the ‘pragmatic and responsive’ team is Fredrik Ellingsen, who has a proven track record litigating across a broad range of complex disputes, including technology and construction mandates. Amongst the team is Carl Roberts, who handles the full range of contractual and public law disputes, and Anders Wilhelmsen, who combines a background at the Attorney General’s Office with specialism in public and administrative disputes.
