Fielding a ‘knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy’ team, Ræder Bing’s employment practice advises on all aspects of employment law. Practice head Kari Bergeius Andersen, who joined in January 2024, leads on the full range of employment matters. Mari Kimsås-Otterbech also joined in early 2024 and takes point on employment mandates in the shipping and offshore sector, while Alf Kåre Knudsen aptly advises on employment protection issues. Former practice co-heads Siri Falch-Olsen and Ragnhild Nakling departed to Selmer in January 2024.
