Wiersholm advises a variety of clients including industrial landowners, family-owned companies, syndicates, and property funds on the full span of real estate matters. Under the leadership of Tom Rune Lian and Ståle O. Meleng, the practice has focused its expertise on real estate development. Lian focuses on transactions, structuring, financing and development in commercial real estate, while Meleng has a broad practice across real estate litigation, transactions and developments. Specialist counsel Anna Falck-Ytter regularly advises on ESG issues at the intersection with real estate work, while managing associates Andreas Gustavson and Natasja Plur take point on real estate transactions and lease agreements. Stig L. Bech left the group in May 2024, while Morten Brandhaug and Martin Fevaag Larsen, formerly at SANDS, joined the team in November 2024.

Advised E C Dahls Eiendom AS, a subsidiary of Reitan Eiendom AS, on its acquisition of Entra ASA's entire portfolio of properties in Trondheim, with a deal value of NOK6.45bn.
Advised a joint venture owned by (among others) Aspelin Ramm on the development of the area at Blindern in Oslo dedicated to form the new centre of the University of Oslo/Oslo Science City.
Advised Kolberg Motors on the establishment of a joint venture with Solon for the development of up to 190 apartments at Ensjø in Oslo, at a property which Kolberg Motors has owned for years.
