BSA LAW's dispute resolution practice is retained by clients across a variety of industries, notably the financial, telecommunications and insurance industries. The team frequently represents clients in restructuring, labour, contract, and subcontractor-related disputes. Abdulaziz Al Rashdi heads the team, and is experienced in a range of commercial and civil dispute resolution matters. Arsalan Tariq and Sahil Taneja are also both highly active members of the team, and offer experience in both local and cross-border matters.
