Ali Naveed Arshad heads the project and finance practice at MAR Law, and offers substantial expertise in project-related transactions, including asset sales and financing.  The team’s mandates include the development and sales of renewable energy facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, and commercial retail and real estate developments. Alongside Arshad, Alessandra Zingales acts for local and international clients, including public entities, and is a frequent operator in the team’s cross-border matters.
