Lauded for his ’ deep understanding of the regulatory framework and the current market practices’ Thomas Wigley co-heads the team with Hasan Rahman; both are sought after for their considerable experience in the infrastructure, oil and gas, renewables, and petrochemicals sectors, among others, both locally and regionally. Jack Horsley and Yuen Phing Choo are also key members of the team, and Dubai-based Brad Sandford joined the team in June 2024, and holds notable experience in project financing matters.
