ABS & Co. is retained by both private companies and public bodies across a range of corporate transactions and restructurings, and the group works closely with the firm’s litigation specialists to assist clients facing disputes, in particular in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Heading up the group in tandem are Sarjeel Mowahid, whose practice spans corporate and financing transactions, as well as company and employment law, and Samar Masood, who advises clients on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder matters. At the associate level, Ena Murakami assists with cross-border mergers as well as questions of corporate governance and compliance.
