Its expertise also extends to competition law and white-collar crime, strengthened by the recent addition of Carlos Talavera. The team has an impressive client roster, which includes CAPILATIS, Banco Continental and Johnson & Johnson. Co-leader Hugo T. Berkemeyer takes point on corporate structuring, joint ventures, divestitures and IP litigation. Carla Sosa, also co-leading, specialises in complex commercial litigation, particularly banking and civil disputes. Co-leader and associate Natalia Oddone represents businesses in commercial disputes at all litigation stages, including trials and appeals as well as arbitrations.
