At Estudio Echecopar member firm of Baker McKenzie International, the competition and antitrust practice advises a diverse client base, consisting of both local and international brands and corporations. Benefitting from the firm’s global network of offices, the team primarily focuses on antitrust compliance matters, and advises companies on the design and implementation of programmes. Teresa Tovar Mena leads the department and is ably supported by principal associate Crosbby Buleje Diaz, who assists tech clients in antitrust investigations and commercial policies.
