Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados remains a dominant force in the arbitration space, often representing major mining, construction and energy companies in complex local and cross-border cases. The team is well versed in the various procedural rules under ICC and ICSID and handles disputes relating to public concessions and investments. The group is jointly led by Julio César Pérez, Mario Reggiardo, Luis Bustamante, Micaela Ortiz and Mayra Bryce. Ortiz is active in cross-border corporate arbitration, and Bryce frequently advises banking-sector clients on investment arbitration. Pérez demonstrates strengths in commercial and constitutional arbitration; Reggiardo concentrates on domestic and international arbitration relating to concessions and infrastructure; and Bustamante handles construction arbitration.
