At Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados, the litigation department caters to local and global clients from various sectors to advise on complex civil, commercial and regulatory disputes. Often litigating in contentious administrative cases, the firm also represents clients in high-profile domestic corporate and shareholder lawsuits. Julio César Pérez oversees the practice and demonstrates skill in international commercial disputes, in addition to litigation relating to constitutional law. Pérez is ably supported by arbitration expert Mario Reggiardo, Luis Bustamante, who concentrates on construction litigation, and Mayra Bryce and Micaela Ortiz, who cover civil and administrative disputes. Key associate support is provided by principal, César Carlin and senior Jasmín Alarcón. Since publication, Carlin has been raised to the partnership - effective as of February 2025.
