- Advised Lima Airport Partners (LAP) on the $1.25bn financing granted by a syndicate of banks to finance the construction of the new passenger terminal at Jorge Chávez International Airport.
- Advised Concesionaria Línea de Transmisión La Niña in connection with three loans granted in favour of such company by Natixis New York Branch, for a total of up to $188,668,914.
- Advised Statkraft Peru on the acquisition of GR Vale and GR Bayovar, which are the holders of the Lupi and Emma power projects, respectively.
