Del Rosario & Del Rosario's group specialises in maritime and shipping work, and assists its portfolio of clients with complex and high-value matters therein, namely maritime disputes. Examples of cases the team works on include investigations into ships capsizing resulting in fatalities in international waters, and into matters involving terrorist attacks on merchant vessels resulting in fatalities. Such matters are complex and sensitive in nature.
