Deloitte Legal, Gizicki i Wspólnicy sp.k. boasts six offices across Poland which assist both borrowers and lenders with their financing transactions, including real estate, corporate, acquisition and asset finance.  The team is also adept at handling regulatory projects with multi-disciplinary elements for financial institutions. Following the departure of former practice head Tomasz Ostrowski, at the end of 2024, Michał Oleś now leads the transactional side of the practice, while Kamila Mróz and Michał Mostowik jointly head up the banking regulatory branch. Nicholas Coddington joined Wolf Theiss Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG at the end of 2023, and Mateusz Ordyk, and Katarzyna Jakubiak departed in November 2024. Since publication, Michał Oleś has departed the firm.
