With extensive experience in representing clients across a variety of competition matters, including cartels and abuses of dominance, the team at Hansberry Tomkiel regularly appears on behalf of clients at all levels of the domestic courts and the European Commission, as well before other Member States’ Competition Authorities. Jointly leading the team are experienced litigators Małgorzata Krasnodębska-Tomkiel, who is well-versed in new technologies and who advises clients on the competition and consumer protection laws in conjunction with this industry, and Dorothy Hansberry-Biegunska, a specialist in case strategy, who is adept in working alongside the Polish Competition Authority.
