The team is well-equipped to provide advice on antitrust compliance, merger clearance and EU grants expertise . The expansive team is jointly led by Marcin Trepka, who specialises in Polish and EU competition law, regularly representing clients in both domestic and EU courts, and Mikołaj Piaskowski, who also displays competency representing clients in proceedings, however, specialising in merger control. Elżbieta Buczkowska departed the firm in December 2024.
