Dentons' sizeable team offers specialist antitrust advice across a wide range of industries including real estate, TMT and Big Data, being well placed to advise on a variety of domestic and EU legislation. The bulk of the work, however, lies in antitrust investigations and state aid, as well as merger control cases. Agnieszka Stefanowicz-Barańska leads the practice, representing clients in EU and Polish Competition Authority proceedings, in addition to cartel (and other antitrust investigations before the Polish courts). Also supporting the team, Anna Gulińska is part of the firm’s counsel, advising and representing clients on matters concerning antitrust, merger control and unfair commercial practice.
