The group addresses a wide range client needs, including the administration of various permits, contract drafting and negotiating and the identification and assessment of risk pertaining to investment. On the contentious side, the firm represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings, mediation and other forms of out-of-court settlements. The team is led by Filip Mroczkowski, who carries out cross-border project transactions related to construction and development investments; Maciej Krol, who advises on all stages of the construction investment process; and Olga Płoucha, who focuses on the construction of industrial plants and other energy-related and infrastructure projects.
