The powerhouse construction team at Dentons remains a market leader, leveraging expertise to advise a roster of key construction industry players, including private investors, general contractors and contract engineers, across such areas as real estate, oil and gas and transport (railways). The team regularly advises on land acquisition and represents clients in zoning, environmental requirements, and building permit proceedings. The practice is jointly led by dispute avoidance expert Agnieszka Wojciechowska, who draws on extensive experience representing clients across a broad range of construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes; and Piotr Staniszewski, who represents foreign investors entering the Polish real estate and construction market. In addition, he leads projects relating to a variety of assets, such as offices, retail parks and hotels. Adriana Mierzwa-Bronikowska joined from DLA Piper Giziński Kycia sp.k. in January 2025 as head of projects and infrastructure.
