Olesinski & Wspolnicy is jointly led by Ludmiła Łuczak, an expert in data protection, who advises international clients on GDPR compliance; and Bartosz Kolarz, who provides strategic legal advice on projects concerning data security, particularly matters concerning international data transfers. Assisting clients both domestically and within the EU, the team adopts a multidisciplinary approach, drawing on the expertise of its TMT and litigation teams to provide advice and representation on data protection, cybersecurity and DPO outsourcing matters.
