Highlight-Mandate
Advising Nokia Solutions and Networks on the execution of a PLN 2.7bn contract to deploy a nationwide turnkey GSM-R and mission-critical backhaul network.
Represented Eurocash S.A. in overturning a fine imposed by the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office, of approximately PLN 76m for alleged abuse of contractual advantage against its suppliers.
Represented Eurozet Radio and Inforadio in cases where the courts quashed decisions by the National Broadcasting Council’s Chairman imposing high fines on leading private media for radio broadcasts criticising or presenting information unfavourable for the government.
