At Kochanski & Partners, key names in the dispute resolution space include Witold Głuchowski, who leads the litigation practice; Mateusz Ostrowski, chair of the media litigation department; and Weronika Magdziak-Śliwa, who jointly heads up the banking litigation practice alongside Tomasz Leśko. The practice is active in disputes involving commercial and civil law, as well as media-related concerns.
