Highlight-Mandate

Represented a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, GI Group Poland S.A., in five disputes between the company and its minority shareholders regarding, inter alia, Initial Public Offerings of new shares with a total value of PLN 133m.
Represented a retailer in Poland Empik S.A. in a dispute with the owner of one a shopping centre in Warsaw regarding contractual provisions on commercialisation of the said centre.
Advised Durnont Enterprises Limited, in cooperation with their British counsels, on a EUR 100m multi-jurisdictional, multithreaded fraud claim raised before the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, in respect of claims governed by Polish law.
