The ‘extremely knowledgeable’ team at CMS provides comprehensive advice across the entire spectrum of the energy and natural resources sector, bringing strength to asset acquisition, licenses and tariff regulations. Having expanded its sector capabilities to include specialised areas such as defence, civil procurement and aerospace, the team assists on a wide range of projects, surrounding small modular reactors, offshore wind and urban regeneration, amongst others. Leading the practice is Marcin Bejm, whose extensive portfolio includes handling infrastructure assets, project finance and PPP. The wider team consists of Łukasz Szatkowski, whose recent work includes renewable energy initiatives, particularly in the wind and solar sectors, and public sector matter specialist Angelika Szufel. Piotr Ciołkowski departed the firm in October 2024.
