Assisting domestic and foreign corporations and financial institutions, Agata Szeliga leads the team, providing assistance at all stages of proceedings in this area, including conducting reviews of terms of reference and appeals before the National Appeal Chamber and common courts. Łukasz Goniak joined the firm from JDP Drapala & Partners in September 2025.
