Advised a leading global TMT company on the restructuring of its intra-group claims towards its Polish subsidiary amounting to approximately EUR 2bn, resulting from a number of loans granted in previous years and the liquidation of the subsidiary.
Advised seven lenders and a facility agent, which provided the financing to two companies in connection with a leading shopping mall in Warsaw, on expedited composition proceedings opened for the borrowers.
Advised a leading company in the retail sector on its debt restructuring, including assisting in the development of its strategy for the restructuring proceedings and navigating the complex negotiations with the lenders who provided existing financing to the client under various bilateral agreements.
